Practices for coming back to yourself.
THE BODY & THE SPIRITKriya yoga, recovery support, and herbal medicine — three doors into the same work: helping your nervous system remember what balance feels like.
MOVEMENTKriya Yoga
Group classes and private sessions in Kriya Yoga, a practice rooted in Kundalini tradition — breath, movement, and the nervous system, worked with directly. No experience necessary. Just a willingness to show up.
Group ClassesI teach through Interconnected Studio. Class schedule and booking are handled through their platform.
Private SessionsOne-on-one sessions, tailored to what you're working through.
Recovery & Recovery Coaching
SUPPORTRecovery, here, means getting your own mind back — whether that's freedom from substance addiction, or freedom from the habits, compulsions, and outside forces that have quietly taken control of how you live. My approach is rooted in the 12 Steps and classic AA, woven together with yoga and plant medicine — not as an alternative to that tradition, but as a way of bringing the body and the earth into a program that's often taught as words alone. Individual coaching and group support, depending on what you need right now.
Group Support — COMING SOONShared space with others doing this work. Community matters here as much as the individual practice does.
One-on-One SessionsOne-on-one sessions, paced to where you actually are — not a program you're slotted into.
Botanical Practice
PLANTSPlants have been part of how people care for themselves for longer than there's been an industry around it. I teach people how to work with them directly — from what's already growing in your own yard to custom formulation built around what you actually need. One-on-one consulting, hands-on guidance, and classes depending on where you're starting from.
Work With MeOne-on-one consulting and custom formulation, built around what you're actually looking for.
Learn to identify, harvest, and use what's already growing near you — turning your own yard into a working resource, not just landscaping.
In Your Own YardLearn — COMING SOONWorkshops and classes on working with plants directly — from first principles to hands-on formulation.
HOW I WORK
Kriya, recovery, and plants aren't three different practices to me — they're three ways of asking the same question. What does this nervous system need to feel safe enough to change? I've spent years learning to answer that question with breath, with the Steps, and with what grows in the ground. None of it works alone. All of it works together.
