The short version.

Please give me at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Full terms for coaching are in your coaching agreement.

Discovery Conversation

Reschedule any time with notice. If you miss one, I’ll follow up once, and there’s no charge.

Individual Coaching

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. A session canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or a missed session, counts as used.

3-Month Coaching

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.

  • Missed sessions can be made up within the twelve weeks when possible.

  • Payments continue as scheduled.

  • Refunds: full refund before the first session. No refund once the first session begins.

Private Yoga, Herbal Education and Consultations, Design Consultations, Garden Lessons

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. A late cancellation or a missed appointment counts as used. [Design projects: deposit and refund terms are in your design agreement.]

Group classes

Classes at Interconnected Studio follow the studio’s own cancellation policy.

If I need to cancel

I’ll give you as much notice as I can and reschedule at a time that works for you. [Confirm: or refund the session.]

Emergencies

If something serious comes up, tell me. I’ll use my judgment. [Confirm whether Darby wants this line.]

Your agreement

For coaching and design, the terms in your signed agreement apply. If anything here differs, the agreement controls.
