Start at the spine.
See what wakes up.

Kundalini yoga with movement, breath, meditation, and mantra. No experience needed, just a little curiosity.

More than movement.

For me, Kundalini is a process of unlocking the potential that lives within us, starting at the spine and unfolding through the whole person. Postures, breath, meditation, and mantra are the tools. The practice is what happens when you keep showing up with them.

It isn't about fixing yourself, and it isn't instant.

You don't have to believe anything to begin.

Curiosity is plenty.

There’s room to be human here.

Some days we find stillness. Some days we move through resistance. Sometimes we laugh. The invitation is to show up, participate, and discover what the practice has to teach us.

You don't need to have it all figured out. Just show up.
