Slow down. Pay attention. Get curious.
Coaching for finding out what's actually happening, before deciding what to do about it.
Two ways in. One practice.
I’m in recovery
Build a life worth staying sober for.
For people who have stopped escaping but are still figuring out how to fully participate in the life they’ve gotten back.
I’m curious
For patterns, transitions, relationships, decisions, and the quieter sense that something needs attention, even when you don’t have a name for it yet.
Something feels off, and you can’t quite name it. No label needed.
Sometimes we know we're stuck long before we know what we're stuck in.
Something feels stuck. Something feels incomplete.
Something feels like it should be different, but you can't quite see what.
You don't need a crisis, a label, or the right words to begin.
The practice isn't about getting everything right.
It's about becoming curious enough to notice what changes when you participate differently.
Slow down.
Pay attention.
Get curious.
Try something.
See what happens.
Adjust.
Keep going.
Ways to work together.
30-Minute Discovery
Conversation
Free
A chance to talk, ask questions, and see whether working together makes sense. No pressure and no obligation.
Individual
Coaching
$125 per session
For a specific question, challenge, transition, reset or simply a place to begin.
3-Month
Coaching
$1350 for twelve sessions
Twelve weeks of consistent practice, observation, and adjustment as you explore what changes when you keep showing up for your life.
What you can expect from me.
I'll listen before I suggest anything.
I won't tell you who to become. Your life is yours.
I'm still doing this work myself, so I walk alongside you, not above you.
I'll be honest when something is outside what coaching can do, and help you find the right support.
What I ask of you.
Be curious, even when it's uncomfortable.
Be honest about what's actually happening, with me and with yourself.
Try small things between sessions, and tell me what happened.
You make the decisions. I walk alongside.
Coaching isn't therapy, medical care, or addiction treatment, and it doesn't replace them. It can work alongside them.
Questions, answered plainly.

No. The Recovery door is for people who are already in recovery. If you’re not sure what you’re in, or you just feel stuck in a habit, a loop, or a big question, start with Discovery. Nobody here asks you to call yourself anything. It’s the same practice either way. Come as you are.

We talk about what's bringing you here, what feels stuck, and what kind of support you're looking for. You can ask me anything. It isn't a coaching session, and there's no obligation to continue. Sometimes the right next step is coaching. Sometimes it's something else, and I'll tell you honestly.

Twelve weekly 60-minute sessions. The structure is consistent and the work is individualized: we pay attention to what's happening, choose one small practice, see what happens, and adjust. It isn't a promise to fix anything in twelve weeks. It's twelve weeks of showing up.
-
Whatever fits the person: conversation, breath, movement, meditation, journaling, time outside, plants, simple daily experiments. The person is the constant. The tools change.

No. Coaching isn't therapy, medical treatment, or crisis care, and it doesn't replace them. If something comes up that needs a different kind of support, I'll tell you and help you find it. If you're in crisis right now, call or text 988 (in the U.S.) or your local emergency number.

Both. We can meet by video, or in person in Olympia. Tell me what works better for you when we talk.
It starts with a conversation.
Bring a question, a hunch, or nothing at all.
