What happens after you stop?
Stopping can change your life. Buy stopping the thing that was hurting you doesn't automatically teach you how to live differently.
Recovery can become a practice of learning how to stay present, make choices, build connection, and participate in a life you no longer need to escape.
Maybe you’ve been wondering…
I'm doing everything I'm supposed to do. Why don't I feel better?
I thought life would feel different by now.
I don't want to go back. I just don't know how to move forward.
Is there more to recovery than not drinking or using?
The habit is gone, but the restlessness isn’t.
These aren't signs you're doing it wrong. They're what comes next.
Yes, there's more.
Emotional sobriety isn't about never struggling. It's about developing more capacity to notice what's happening, pause before reacting, stay connected, and choose what you do next.
Recovery-informed coaching.
Recovery found me in 2018, and it shaped how I coach. This work is for people who want to explore what comes after survival, and how to participate more fully in the life they've gotten back.
Coaching works alongside therapy, medical care, and treatment. It doesn't replace them. When something falls outside my scope, I'll help you find the right support.
Coaching begins after you've gotten sober and worked the steps with a sponsor.
Before you reach out.
-
Reach out anyway. Coaching begins after you're sober and have worked the steps with a sponsor. Those steps can't be skipped. If you're not there yet, that's where we start: finding the right meeting and the right sponsor. Coaching comes after.
-
No. Coaching works alongside them, not instead. If something falls outside coaching, I'll help you find the right support.
-
No. We start where you are now and look at what's next.
You don’t have to go backward to move forward.
Start with a conversation. We'll explore where you are and what you're looking for.
